  • Ran "Help our planet" booth at Westwood Day, September 2012, to encourage town residents to join environmental ecoteams
  • Run environmental eco-teams that teach sustainable living. Team members calculate carbon footprint for their residence and select actions they will do for one year to reduce footprint by 10%, 20% or more. Activity is derived from Massachusetts Climate Action Network "Cool Mass" residential program for households to take actions that save environment
  • Make presentations at Westwood organizations to encourage town residents to join environmental ecoteams
  • Co-founder and past member of Westwood, Massachusetts Environmental Action committee
  • Worked on Westwood Environmental Action subcommittee to achieve eligibility for Massachusetts Dept. of Energy Resources (DOER) Green Communities funding
  • Worked with Westwood DPW to develop stormwater database that monitors chemical pollutants flowing into the watershed
